Agreement for the sale from (1) to (2) of all messuages, farms, land and hereditaments in the parishes of Worksop and Whitwell [as described in the appended schedule and shown on attached plan]; together with all timber, all mines, minerals, stone and gravel lying above the Top Hard seam of coal, and the Worksop Rectorial Tithe; property in Whitwell is subject to Rectorial Tithe Rent Charge of £28.16.3 and Land Tax of £3.10.6.

The Top Hard seam of Coal and all mines and minerals above this seam are reserved to (1), including the right to work the minerals.

Contains various other stipulations re. the agreed conveyance.

Consideration: £39,000.

Harris; property in the parishes of Worksop and Whitwell occupied by Mrs Rooth; and property in the parish of Whitwell occupied by Mr Futtitt.
