Conveyance from (1) to (3) [with permission of (2)] of 3267 square yards of land in Worksop bounded by Slack Lane [also Slack Walk and Black Walk] on the north western side [as shown on plan accompanying agreement Ne 6 D 2/48/121/2].

Discharges (3) from the mortgages on the property and from a annual rent charge of £600 to Edward William Pelham-Clinton [see recitals].

Consideration: £370.

Recitals: (a) fact that the property in question is subject to mortgages with (2) for the sum of £1000 [listed in first schedule]; (b) fact that property in question shall be limited to use by persons nominated by (3); (c) fact that (1) has agreed to sell the property to (3) for £370.
