Second Party: Worksop and Retford Brewery Company Limited by William Allen of Worksop.

Agreement between (1) and (2), whereby (1) permits (2) to take a strip of land from Dock Yard Close, for the purpose of widening Dock Road, which leads from Bridge Place to Cresswell Holme Brewery and to a house belonging to (2) and currently in the occupation of William Allen [see attached plan].

Includes covenants by (2) for maintenance of boundaries; and information on termination of agreement by either party.

Rent: 1 shilling per annum payable on 25 Mar.

Includes a plan with Dock Road shaded orange, and the strip of land to be taken shaded red; also shows part of Creswell Holme Brewery, the house occupied by William Allen, and the Chesterfield Canal.
