Appointment by (1) of a messauge or tenement with various closes of land [all previusly part of Holme Farm] in the parish of Whitwell, Derbyshire; property is subject to various specified uses, in addition to those included in the indenture recited at (a) below; to the use of (1) and her husband and children for life, and if no survivors to the use of William Champion and John Roe in trust; further uses are declared; also includes clause that Champion and Roe will, within 12 months of the decease of (1), her husband and any children, will raise the sum of £1000. by demise, sale or mortgage of the property and dispose of it.
