Appointment by (1) of a messauge or tenement with various closes of land [all previusly part of Holme Farm] in the parish of Whitwell, Derbyshire; property is subject to various specified uses, in addition to those included in the indenture recited at (a) below; to the use of (1) and her husband and children for life, and if no survivors to the use of William Champion and John Roe in trust; further uses are declared; also includes clause that Champion and Roe will, within 12 months of the decease of (1), her husband and any children, will raise the sum of £1000. by demise, sale or mortgage of the property and dispose of it.
Recitals: (a) details of an indenture of lease and release dated 28-29 Mar.  [see Ne 6 D 2/47/91-92]; (b) fact that William Willcock has no children by his wife Mary, and that (1) desires to settle the ultimate reversion in fee of the property for the absolute use of her husband, and in case of no children subject to a term of 1000 years.
