Recitals: (a) details of an indenture of mortgage dated 13 Jun. 1794 [see Ne 6 D 2/47/87]; (b) fact that the sum of £600. with interest secured was not paid to (1), and so the property became absolute in law for the remainder of the term of 1000 years; (c) fact that (1) now needs the principal sum of £600. and has applied to (2) for payment, but he can only pay £100. so has requested (3) to lend him the remaining £500..
