Copy lease [Ne 6 D 2/47/79] and release [Ne 6 D 2/47/80] from (1) at the direction of (2), to (2) of all the property recited at (a) below in Whitwell, Wirksworth and Parwich, Derbyshire, with all estate, right, title and interest; includes usual covenants.
Recitals: (a) details of an indenture of lease and release dated 6-7 Jan. 1786 [see Ne 6 D 2/47/76-77]; (b) fact that default was made in payment of the sum of £700. with interest, and so the property became vested in (1); (c) fact that Richard Briddon has now paid to (1) the full sum with interest of £717.10.0.
