Agreement between (1) and (2) that (1) will produce any of the deeds and writings relating to the exchange of property at 'Sloswicks', Worksop [Nottinghamshire], as and when requested; includes schedule of indentures referred to.

Recitals: (a) details of an indenture of lease, appointment and release dated 7-8 May 1819 [see Ne 6 D 2/47/23-24]; (b) fact that the deeds and writings listed in the schedule refer to the land in question at (a) above, but also to other property held by (1) it was agreed that the deeds and papers would remain with (1) on the condition he would produce them when requested.
