Content Description | 'An Act for Vesting several Messuages and Hereditaments, in and near Sheffield, in the County of York, and divers detached Parts of the settled Estates of the Most Noble Charles Duke of Norfolk, in Trustees, upon Trust to sell, and enable the said Charles Duke of Norfolk to enfranchise certain Copyhold and Customary Lands, Parcels of certain Manors in the Counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, and Sussex, other Parts of the said settled Estates, and for laying out the Monies arising from such Sales and Enfranchisements in the Purchase of more convenient Estates, and for other Purposes therein mentioned'.
