Third Party: John Buckle, gentleman of Castle Yard, London.

Fourth Party: Richard Heron, esquire of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex.

Fifth Party: William [Wentworth, 2nd] Earl of Strafford.

For barring all estates tail, and all the remainders and reversions expectant on the property, lease [Ne 6 D 2/47/69] and release [Ne 6 D 2/47/70] from (1) to (3) and (2) of a messuage or tenement in Whitwell, Derbyshire; also of several closes in Whitwell including Quarry Close Meadow, Quarry Close, Nether Cowdale or Nether Coldwell Close, The Bottoms, Great Cowdale or Great Coldwell Close, The Pingle, Clapper Fields, Turnpingle, Upper Thistle Field, Nether Thistle Field, Little Cowdale or Little Coldwell Close and wood bottoms, the Old Lane, Thistley Close, Pudding Poke Close, Thistley Field, Calf Close, the Orchard, Homesteads Close, a parcel lying east of Ford Close, Ford Field, High Field Bottoms, High Field, Spring Close, Thorpe Field, Chappel Yard, Holmestead Close, White Field, Pine Croft, Shire Oak Close, and Nether Shire Oak Close [all formerly part of Steetly Farm]; in each case details of acreages provided; property conveyed in order that (3) may become perfect tenant of the freehold.

Declaration that a common recovery of the property will be suffered, and that (3) will vouch over to warranty the 9th Duke of Norfolk; further declaration that (3) will stand seised of the property until the common recovery has been suffered in trust for the 9th Duke of Norfolk.
