Assignment from (1) at the request of (3), to (4) of all the hereditaments as comprised in the indenture recited at (b) below, and to be held for the residue of the unexpired term of 1000 years; further assignment from (1) at the request of (2), to (4) of all the hereditaments as comprised in the indenture recited at (d) below for the residue of the unexpired term of 1000 years.

Further assignment from (1) at the request of (2), to (4) of all the hereditaments as comprised in an indenture dated 21 May 1824 [details can be found at recital (e)] for the residue of the unexpired term of 1000 years; further assignment from (1) at the request of (3), to (4) of all the hereditaments as comprised in the indenture recited at (g) below for the residue of the unexpired term of 1000 years.

Further assignment from (1) a the request of (2), to (4) of all the hereditaments as comprised in the indenture recited at (i) below for the residue of the unexpired terms of 500 and 1000 years; declaration that (4) will stand possessed of the property in trust for (2) and (3).

The property in question comprises of a close or several closes of land on the South Common, Worksop, Nottinghamshire; also of several messuages or tenements in Park Street, formerly Forest Lane, Worksop, with a yard and 7 gardens adjoining; property forms part of the Worksop Manor estate.

Recitals: (a) details of a conveyance dated 16 Sep. 1817; (b) details of an indenture of lease and release with assignment dated 20-21 Oct. 1823; (c) details of a conveyance dated 25 Feb. 1818; (d) details of an indenture of lease and release with assignment dated 25-26 May 1832; (e) details of an indenture of lease and release dated 4-5 Aug. 1824; (f) details of an indenture of lease and release dated 28-29 Sep. 1830; (g) details of an indenture dated 29 Sep. 1830; (h) details of an indenture of lease and release dated 1-2 Dec. 1837; (i) details of an indenture of assignment dated 5 May 1838; (j) details of an agreement made between (2) and (3) regarding the property, and the respective residues of several terms specified are now vested in (1), and were to be assigned to (4) on trust.
