Lease [Ne 6 D 2/47/57] and release [Ne 6 D 2/47/58] from (1) to (3) of a parcel of land lying on the South Common in Worksop, measuring 1a.3r.19p. and lately awarded to (1) by the enclosure commissioners, together with all rights, ways and appurtenances; property is held to several uses including to the use of (3) for life, and afterwards to the use of (4) for (3)'s lifetime in trust for (3), and to prevent any wife of (3) from being entitled to the dower out of the property; contains usual covenants.

Further witnesses that in further pursuance of the agreement, (2) at the request of (3), has assigned to (5) all and singular the parcel of land above described, together with all estate, right, title and interest; property to be held for the residue of the unexpired term of 1000 years in trust for (3) to attend the inheritance.

Consideration: £100., £31.9.1., and £36.10.11., totalling £168..

Recitals: (a) details of an indenture of mortgage dated 16 Sep. 1817; (b) fact that default was made in the payment of £300. with interest, so the estate and interest of (2) became absolute in law for the residue of the term of 1000 years; (c) fact that (1) and (3) have agreed for the absolute sale of the parcel of land for the sumof £168.; (d) the principal sum of £300. plus interest is now due and owing to (2); (e) agreed that £100. of the purchase money should be paid to (2) in part payment of the principal sum, and that the sum of £31.9.1. from the purchase money should also be paid to (2) to discharge the interest payment, and that the close of land in question should be conveyed, and the remainder of the term of 1000 years should be assigned in trust for the benefit of (3).
