Content Description	Appoints his sons, Frederic, Alfred and James Charles Arkwright as executors of his will; but declares that the appointment of his sons will not allow them to be released from the payment of any debts or other sums of money at his death; devises all his real estates vested in him as trustee or mortgagee to his sons named above. Includes extract from a codicil dated 23 Dec. 1865; declares that all investments made in pursuance of the trust shall be made by his trustees on public stocks or funds of Great Britain or on government or real securities. Endorsed that the will with two codicils was proved at London on 5 Nov. 1866.
