Surrender from (1) to (2) of the monastery of Worksop with all and singular manors, houses, messuages, gardens, courtyards, tofts, lands, meadow, pastures, woods and so on, together with various jurisdictions and offices such as court leets and view of frankpledge; surrender also includes chapels, hospitals and vicarages amongst other property, all in the following counties of Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Warwickshire and Yorkshire; contains usual covenants.

Endorsed as being a true copy of the original examined by John Dakeyne and Charles Simpson on 2 Nov. 1770.
