Content DescriptionSends copies of the surrender of Worksop Priory [Nottinghamshire], the accounts of John Rodes and John Taylor and details of the rest of the estates in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire for that year [see Ne 6 D 2/47/194-195], with valuations of the priory; notes that this is the first amount to have been found as the previous years have not been recorded; apologises for a mistake made in a letter written the previous Sunday; provides definitions of the abbreviations used in the accompanying accounts; mentions that he has no more records apart from an office copy of a lease for 21 years of the rectory of Worksop from Henry VIII to William Castelynne dated 20 Jan. 31 [Henry VIII, 1530], which he can send if required.
