Deed of absolute covenants from (1), (2) and (3) to (4) for the title relating to certain parts of the Worksop Manor Estate, [Nottinghamshire]; property has been conveyed under the same uses as specified in the lease and release recited at (b) below, and to be kept indemnified against any debts, incumbrances and so on.

Recitals: (a) fact that on 3 Apr. 1838 (1), (2) and (3) contracted with (4) for the sale of property for the sum of £370,000.; (b) details of an indenture of lease and release bearing even date [wanting]; (c) on the treaty of sale for the property, agreed that (1), (2) and (3) qwould enter into absolute covenants for the right to convey freedom from incumbrances; (d) parts of the property will be described in the attached schedule.

Schedule provides details of the following property: 3 parcels of land on the South Common in the parish of Worksop in Nottinghamshire, Home Close in the parish of Whitwell in Derbyshire, another parcel in the parish of Worksop, 2 allotments formerly part of Thorpe Common within the Manor of Thorpe Salvin in Yorkshire, a parcel on Firbeck Common and the following closes of land: Doles Lane Pingle, Doles Close, Gadding Croft, Little Yard, Stile Close, Strawberry Close, Limekiln Close, Long Close, Sorrow Close, Far Stile Close, Upper Spring Stead, Nether Spring Stead, Gospel Yard and part of Little Meadow.
