Subject to the various powers limited to (1), contract from (1) to (2) of the manors, rectory, advowson, messuages, lands, tithes and other hereditaments as outlined in the first schedule, together with all timber, trees and shrubs and all permanent fixtures of the mansion house known as Worksop Manor [Nottinghamshire] such as water closets, stoves, marble chimney pieces, cupboards and window blinds for the sum of £370,000.; the sale will not include such fittings as tapestries, bookcases, 'Marble or other Slabs, or any articles of taste or of an ornamental description'; states that if any dispute may occur as to what constitutes fixtures and fittings then the purchasor is to be referred to two referees to be chosen; also that all permanent fixtures of farmhouses, outbuildings and so on on the estate are to be included, the purchase sum of £20,000. having been paid to the Earl of Surrey and (2); contains a number of usual provisos expected with the conveyance of property such as production of title deeds.
Includes a copy of the first schedule referred to within the contract; property includes amongst other: the manors of Worksop and Shireoaks [Nottinghamshire]; Worksop rectory with all tithes belonging; the perpetual advowson of Worksop vicarage; Worksop Manor house, with all messuages, farmhouses, outbuildings and appurtenances; and also of all other lands and property amounting to 9185a.3r.33p.; makes reference to a plan outlining the property [wanting]; includes a list of all those with life interest in the property.
Includes a copy of the second schedule containing special stipulations as to the title of the property; outlines in specific sections the following: identity of the title, tithes, advowson, and the title generally.
