Content Description | First Party: Grace Fletcher, spinster of Whitwell, Derbyshire.
Second Party: Erasmus Hudson, smith of Shireoaks, Nottinghamshire.
Third Party: Thomas Fletcher, gentleman of Whitwell also and executor of the will of his father Thomas Fletcher, deceased.
In consideration of the intended marriage between (1) and (2), assignment from (1) with the consent of (2) to (3) of the sum of £150.; the money is to be held in trust and to be invested upon good securities, and for all interest and dividends to be paid and received by (2) for life, and after his death to (1) for life; specifies further trusts in case of any children of the marriage; contains usual provisos.
Recitals: (a) fact that (1) is entitled to the sum of £300. under the will of her father Thomas Fletcher, deceased; (b) fact that a marriage is intended between (1) and (2), and that the sum of £150., being part of the £300. will be duly assigned and settled.
