In pursuance of the agreement, (1) releases and discharges (2) of the power vested in him by virtue of a lease and release dated 21-22 Sep. 1824; further witnesses a lease [Ne 6 D 2/47/121] and release [Ne 6 D 2/47/122] from (1) to (2) of a parcel of land called 'Home Close', measuring 3a.2r.8p. in Whitwell; details of boundaries provided; property is to the use of (2) for life, and also to the use of (3) for the lifetime of (2) in trust to prevent any wife of (2) becoming entitled to the dower of the premises; includes covenant between (1) and (2) that (1) will produce the title deeds to the property as and when requested.
Recitals: (a) fact that (2) has agreed with (1) for the absolute purchase of the inheritance in fee simple.
