Lease [Ne 6 D 2/47/102] and release [Ne 6 D 2/47/103] from (1) with the consent of (2), to (3) of several closes of land in Worksop, Nottinghamshire [boundaries provided] including: a close or parcel of arable land called Low Tranker; also part of a close of meadow called Brick Yard Close; a close of meadow called Upper Tranker and Potatoe Piece; and of a parcel of woodland called Tranker Wood [in all cases acreages and names of occupiers are provided]; property to be held by (3) subject to the limitations specified in two indentures of settlement dated 11 Jun. 1767; further uses and trusts are specified.

Consideration: £3945.17.8. and £2240.2.4. being the value of the timber on the estate that could be cut; [both values being the full purchase price of the fee simple and inheritance of the property to be conveyed].

Recitals: (a) details of an act of parliament dated 1804-1805 [see Ne 6 D 2/47/10]; (b) details of a Chancery Court order dated 30 Jul. [1807]; (c) fact that the Master of the Court submitted his report on 18 Aug. [1807] in relation to the order recited at (b) above; (d) details of a further Chancery Court order dated 19 Aug. [1807]; (e) the Master of the Court has approved of the conveyance by signing each membrane in the margin.
