Recitals: (a) details of a life estate entitled to by Willcock and details of an indenture of lease and release dated [28-]29 Mar. 1797 [see Ne 6 D 2/47/91-92]; (b) fact that Mary Willcock, wife of above, has not had any children by William Willcock, but even though she is over 60 years of age, it has been agreed that for the repayment of the mortgage, (1) will enter into an agreement with (2).
