Conveyance from (1) to (2) of Stone Road End Farm, being 25 parcels of land containing a farmhouse and outbuildings, measuring 192.671 acres in total [as described in the first schedule and shown on attached plan]; conveyance is subject to the same conditions, reservations, and covenants as Ne 6 D 2/42/319 [see that entry for details, however note that the yearly rent charge of £3000 to the late Dowager Duchess of Newcastle is not mentioned in this conveyance]; additionally a ditch or dyke is reserved to (1) for the time being, along with a right of way to be used only for the purpose of cleaning and repairing the ditch; (2) covenants to cleanse and maintain all dykes, ditches, drains and watercourses.

Consideration: £4300.

Includes a plan with the property in question coloured pink; the farmhouse itself is situated between the Great North Road and the Great Northern Railway lines near Egmanton crossings; taken from the 1900 edition 6 inch ordnance survey map; there is a compass; dated 26 Jan. 1920.
