Conveyance from (1) to (2) of South Hills farm being partly in the parish of Tuxford and partly in the parish of Markham Clinton, measuring 77.568 acres in total [as described in the first schedule and shown on attached plan]; conveyance is subject to the same conditions, reservations, and covenants as Ne 6 D 2/42/319 [see that entry for details, howvever note that the yearly rent charge of £3000 to the late Dowager Duchess of Newcastle is not mentioned in this conveyance]; additionally (2) covenants not to use the property for anything which may be a nuisance, and to cleanse and maintain all dykes, ditches, drains and watercourses.

Consideration: £1790.

Includes a plan with most of the property in question situated either side of Back Lane; the property is coloured pink; taken from the 1900 edition 6 inch ordnance survey map; there is a compass; dated 24 Dec. 1919.
