Includes a plan with the property in question coloured pink; note that one parcel is on Foxes Lane and the others are situated either side of Lincoln Street [now Lincoln Road]; taken from the 1900 edition 6 inch ordnance survey map; there is a compass; dated 24 Dec. 1919.

A note in pencil states that the property is subject to a mortgage of £1100, less £100 already repaid.
