Conveyance from (1) to (2) of Holywell Farm, being 7 parcels of land measuring 12.967 acres, and containing house no. 11, garden, orchards, farmland, and a private road [described in the first schedule and shown on an attached plan]; conveyance is subject to the same conditions, reservations, and covenants as Ne 6 D 2/42/319 [see that entry for details]; also subject to an agreement with East Retford Rural District Council dated 11 Jan. 1915 concerning a common drain and tank [marked onto plan]; (2) also covenants to cleanse and keep in good repair any ditches and watercourses.

Includes a plan with the property in question off Lincoln Street [now Lincoln Road] in Tuxford; the property is coloured pink; taken from a 25 inch ordnance survey map; there is a compass.

A pencil note states that the property is subject to a mortgage for £340, by deed dated 6 Dec. [1919].
