Kirkland; reserves all minerals to (1); conveyance is subject to existing tenancies, and to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company dated 30 Oct. 1896, and at the end of the lease the lessees will pay compensation for any damage caused by their workings to (2); all rents and royalties from the lease reserved to (1) except surface rents; the free passage of water and soil also reserved to (1).
