Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a strip of land in Tuxford [details of boundaries given, and shown on an appended plan], measuring 83 square yards; the property forms part of the garden or ochard occupied by Joseph Gale and was conveyed to Samuel Richardson by an indenture dated 5 Jul. 1889 along with other property; (1) acknowledges (2)'s right to the production of the aformentioned indenture.

Consideration: £12 and 9 shillings.

Includes a plan with the property in question situated off Newcastle Street; the piece of land is coloured pink; names of owners of adjacent land are given; drawn to a scale of 12 feet to 1 inch.
