Assignment from (1) and (2) to (3) of a messuage or house in Wellow with all its appurtenances and also of a further messuage now divided into two dwelling houses, Wellow Gate Close and Great Grimston Close in Wellow, Brick Yard Close, Great Park Close, Long Close, Two Top Field Closes, Bottom Field Close, Hop Yard Close and Little Park Close in Boughton, Bescaw Close and Green Close in Ollerton and Ompton Close in Ompton; ptroperty to be held by (3) in trust to attend the freehold and inheritance.

Recitals: (a) mortgage of property in Wellow, dated 7 Dec. 1775; (b) fact that the mortgage sum of £2,600 was not repaid; (c) death of Ann Molyneux, the mortgagee, and details of her will; (d) death of Sir Francis Molyneux, the mortgagor, and details of his will; (e) indenture dated 29 Jun. 1814 creating a term of £1,500 on the property mortgaged at (a) above for repayment of the sum of £3,191,5s.; (f) indenture dated 30 Jun. 1814 being a mortgage of the property in question; (g) fact that default was made in repayment of the £3,191,5s.; (h) death of the mortgagor, Henry Thomas Howard Molyneux Howard and details of his will; (i) death of Robert Ballard Long, one of the trustees, leaving the Earl of Suffolk as the other trustee; (j) lease and release dated 9 and 10 Mar. 1825; (k) deed appointing Henry Howard as a substitute trustee; (l) fact that the two mortgage sums have been discharged for some time; (m) fact that (3) wish to have the terms of 1,000 years and 1,500 years merged in the freehold and inheritance.

Note that this deed was included in a bundle relating to Tuxford, Nottinghamshire but that no property in Tuxford is included.
