Conveyance from (1) to (3) of a parcel of land measuring 750 square yards at Bagthorpe [details of bounding properties provided - property close to Hucknall Road]; reserves to (1) all mineral rights and rights relating to a mining lease; property to be held by (3) to the use of (2) in fee simple; covenant by (1) that he will keep (2) indemnified from the rent charge recited at (a) below; covenant by (2) not to obstruct light to adjoining property, to maintain fences and to have building plans approved; acknowledgement by (1) of (2)'s right to the production of deeds.
Recitals: (a) fact that (1) is seized in fee simple of the property subject to an annual rent charge of £3,000.
