Conveyance from (1) to (2) of several parcels of land and three cottages at Ranby; reserves to (1) all mineral rights; property to be held subject to a lease to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company dated 30 Oct. 1896; (2) covenants to make an annual payment for use of a drain from the three cottages, and to keep the drain clean; (2) also covenants not to cause any nuisance to (1).
