Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a cottage, land and blacksmith's shop at Ranby; (2) agrees to abide by the stipulations contained in schedule 3, below; (1) acknowledges the right of (2) to the production of deeds listed in schedule 4; (1) covenants to pay all duties due following the death of the Dowager Duchess of Newcastle under Lyne.
