Agreement that (2) will have exclusive shooting rights over land at Ranby Hall, [Ranby, Nottinghamshire] as coloured blue on related plan; tenancy to commence on 1 Feb. 1917 and continue from year to year, with either party required to give six month's notice; agreement that (2) will pay a rent of £25; (2) agrees to pay all costs relating to the preservation of game; (2) agrees to pay compensation for any damage doen to crops or fences in exercising the rights.

Includes a plan with the land for which shooting rights are leased coloured blue; the plan is a six inch O.S. map.
