Agreement between (1) and (2) that (2) will ve allowd to use the land encroached upon by the butresses referred to at (a) below but will not be allowed to build others or increase the size of those already built without written permission; agreement that (2) will pay 6d. per annum for the privilege; indicates that the right is not granted in perpetuity and that if the agreement is discontinued the butresses will be taken down with one month's notice.
Recitals: (a) fact that (2) have constructed three brick buttresses supporting the east wall of St Wilfrid's Church and that these encroach on the marsh land belonging to (1).
