Agreement between (1) and (2) that (2) will be allowed to construct a pipe across land belonging to (1); (2) agrees to fill in the trench and make good the surface after the work has been completed; agreement that any future repairs or renovations will be made at the expense of (2); (2) agrees to pay 5s. per annum for the privilege of having the pipe; the right is not granted in perpetuity and may be discontinued at one month's notice.
Recitals: (a) fact that (2) has constructed a cess pool for the collection of sewage from cottages in North Muskham and wishes to take the overflow from the cesspool into the parish drain.
