Conveyance from (1) to (2) of Ness Farm in North Muskham measuring a total of 112a.1r.3p. and described in schedule 1; reserves to (1) the rights and privileges set out in schedule 2; acknowledgeent by (1) of (2)'s right to the production of deeds set out in schedule 3.

Consideration: £2,750.

Recitals: (a) notes that (1) is seized of the property in question subject to a mining lease to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited dated 30 Oct. 1896.

Schedule 1: full details of the property to be conveyed, including the number of each parcel on the 1900 O.S. map, a description, the state of cultivation and the area of each parcel in acres, roods and perches.
