Conveyance from (1) and (2) to (3) of a piece of land adjoining the church at North Muskham and also fo a cottage there which is partly occupied as a post office and the cart shed, cow house and other buildings on the land; reserves to (1) all mineral rights and the reversion of the lease to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited referred to below; acknowledgement by (1) of (3)'s right to the production of deeds contained in an appended schedule.

Consideration: £150.

Recitals: (a) fact that (1) is seized of the property in question subject to a mining lease to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited, dated 30 Oct. 1896; (b) fact that (1) has agreed to sell the property in questioin to (2) and (2) has agreed to re-sell it to (3): (c) fact that (3) is licenced to hold lands not exceeding 100 acres in the whole.

Includes a plan with the property in question coloured pink; the plan is drawn to a scale of chains and is marked with St Wilfrid's Church and a compass showing north.

Ne 6 D 2/35/44/2 is a statement of Increment Value Duty; indicates that no duty is payable.
