Conveyance from (1) to (2) firstly of the farmhouse, cottages, buildings, closes of land and hereditaments in Holme, Nottinghamshire containing 49a2r24p, as described in the first schedule and coloured in red on the plan in the margins; secondly the four 'cow gaits' [perpetual rights of pasturage in common] on the land known as the marshes [numbers provided] coloured in green on the plan and described in the second schedule; thirdly fishing rights in the water known as 'The Fleet' to the extent of the frontage coloured in red on the plan on the side of this frontage only; fourthly right of way in common over the close of land and the marsh belonging to (1) numbered 112 and 111 on the plan; fifthly right of way also over th road number part 184 and over 193 to and from Winthorpe Lane; reserves to (1) the mineral rights mentioned in the second schedule and right of way over land 179; to the use that (2) may work minerals; (1) has right of way as described [details provided]; subject to the agricultural tenancies and tenants' rights but with the benefit of the rents described.

Includes a plan with the property in question coloured pink; the plan has no scale but is marked with the River Trent, the Midland Railway, several roads and a compass showing north.

Ne 6 D 2/27/9/2 is a typescript acknowledgement signed by Frederick Richmond, dated 28 Nov. 1913 confirming his purchase of lots 26, 32 and 37 at the Duke's Cromwell sale, acting as agent for his wife.

Ne 6 D 2/27/9/3 is a part printed statement of incremental value duty from the Land values Branch of Inland Revenue, dated 15 Jun. 191[3] relating to the transfer on sale of the above property [identification number provided] confirming that no duty is due.
