Lease from (1) to (2) of the exclusive right of fishing over those parts of the River Trent, above Cromwell Weir, in Holme and North Muskham which belong to (1); lease to be held for one year and then from year to year; covenants by (2) include payment of all taxes and charges in respect of the fishery, preservation of the fishery against trespassers, adherence to the rules of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire fishing board, no subletting without written consent and so on.
