Conveyance from (1) to (2) of messuages, buildings and pieces of land in Holme and North Muskham, measuring 206.09a coloured in green on the plan and described in the first schedule, also the three 'cow gaits' or perpetual rights of pasturage in common on the land coloured in pink subject to the regulations described in the second schedule, also fishing rights in 'the Fleet' on the side and to the extent of the frontage of the land coloured in green, also right of way in common along the track over the marsh [details provided] and also rights of way over land hereby conveyed to the east of the Midland Railway over the occupation road [numbered part 184]; reserves to (1) all mineral rights, the reversion of a mining lease to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited dated 30 Oct. 1896, the fee simple in the marshes [numbers of parts provided], subject to the mining lease and the rights of the Trent Navigation Company, the fee simple in all manorial rights and the fishery and exclusive right of (1) to fish in the River Trent; notes that the conveyance is subject to the agricultural and sporting tenancies affecting the property.
