Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a house, land and premises in Holme measuring 6.881 acres and described in schedule 1; also of two cow gates over 'the Marshes'; reserves to (1) all mineral rights, the reversion of a mining lease to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Limited dated 30 Oct. 1896, the fee simple of 'the Marshes' and the fee simple in all manorial rights; (2) covenants to adhere to the conditions in schedule 2 relating to the cow gate; acknowledgement by (1) of (2)'s right to the production of deeds listed in schedule 3.
