Includes a plan with the property in question coloured pink; the land over which the four cow gates apply is coloured green; the plan has no scale but is marked with the River Trent, Holme Church, several roads and a compass showing north.
Ne 6 D 2/27/11/2 is a typescript statement by Arthur Sheppard that he purchased 'lot 25' at the Duke of Newcastle's Cromwell sale for his brither, Frank William Sheppard, and that the conveyance should be made directly to the latter, dated 28 Nov. 1913.
