(1) covenants to declare the uses of messuages and lands with appurtenances in Clumber, Nottinghamshire which were previously the lands of the deceased Thomas Bolles, and devised to (1) by his will, or were purchased by Samuel Bolles, his eldest son; property is declared to the use of (1) for life and after her death to the use of (2) and their assigns.
