Content Description	Trustees agree to accept £15 from the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation for the conveyance of lands in Worksop and Retford, Nottinghamshire [coloured pink and number 2 on attached plan] together with mineral rights as required for a road; also agree that the Minister may use the land for all purposes and will execute documents to transfer the land and dedicate the land as a public highway at the request and expense of the the requesting authority at any time for twenty one years; also agree to pay outgoings up until the Minister takes posssession; Minister to carry out works specified in attached schedule; Minister declares that stamp duty is not payable.
