Agreement for the conveyance from (1) to (2) of the fixtures at Clumber House [listed in appended schedule], Nottinghamshire; purchase money to be paid to Messrs. Francis and Crookenden as agent; (1) to give (2) one months notice to remove fittings or (2) to give (1) seven days notice; fittings to remain at Clumber for a maximum of six years; (2) not to damage the property unduly in removal of fittings; any unnecessary damage to be made good by (2); (1) not to be responsible for fittings whilst still at Clumber except if damage occurs by wilful neglect of (1); Messrs. Francis and Crookenden to provide direction for removal of fittings and route through Clumber; any differences that arise to be resolved by arbitrators appointed under Arbitration Acts 1899 to 1934.
