Content Description	First Party: London and Fort George Land Company Limited. Second Party: W. Fletcher and Son Limited. Agreeement that (2) will haul timber from the estate of (1) to their saw mill at Cabin Hill, Clumber Park, Nottinghamshire; (2) to provide all equipment and men for the task; (2) to carry out all instructions provided by (1); (2) to cause as little damage as possible to property of (1) and tenants; (2) to use only the roads approved by (1); (2) to prevent trespass by workmen; works not to be carried out on Sundays; (2) to provide monthly report on timber moved; (2) to indemnify (1) from claims resulting from the work except necessary damage; (1) to pay 3d. per cubic foot of timber removed within three miles of saw mill; (1) to provide 48 hours written notice of instructions regarding timber; timber to be measured by quarter girth method; agreement does not apply to cordwood; Godley & Goulding and Oates Limited to act as arbitrators if necessary; either party may terminate by giving three months notice in writing. Recitals: (a) agreement that (2) will haul timber from the estate of (1) to (2)'s sawmill at Clumber Park.
