Second Party: Marie [Mary] Bolles of Osberton, widow of the late Thomas Bolles.

Feoffment from (1) to (2) of a messuage with appurtenances in Clumber, within the parish of Worksop, Nottinghamshire with all the yearly tithes of hay issuing from the property, all which property used to be part of the late dissolved monastery of Worksop; also of a messuage with appurtenances in Clumber, which used to belong to the late dissolved priory of Newstead [Newstead Abbey], Nottinghamshire; also of several closes of ground with appurtenances in Clumber including 'Rough Close' and 'the Common peece [Piece]' [boundary and acreage details provided], together with several woods.

Further feoffment from (1) to (2) of a messuage with appurtenances in Worksop, purchased by the late Thomas Bolles, together with all curtilages, gardens, orchards and so on, except for the Cornchambers near to Worksop Cross; contains usual covenants.
