Content Description	First Party: The Urban District Council of Worksop. Second Party: The London and Fort George Land Company Limited. Agreement for the construction by (1) of the infrastructure to supply Clumber Cottage with electricity within sixty days; (1) to remove infrastructure at their own expense upon termination of the agreement; (1) to indemnify (2) against costs arising from construction of the infrastructure except for necessary damage to fencing and claims for compensation by the tenants of (2); (2) to remove any trees demanded by (1); agreement to remain in force for 10 years after which either party can determin by giving notice in writing. Consideration: £712 for construction of infrastructure; charges at variable rates for electricity consumption [full details provided]. Also includes plan showing agreed route of electricity cabling.
