Articles of agreement between (1) and (2) of the following: firstly that (2) will assure to (1) all the right, title and interest in Clumber [Nottinghamshire], and also his right and title to a house in Worksop [Nottinghamshire] free from all incumbrances; further agreement that (1) will assure (2) of all her estate, title and interest of a messuage in Radford [Worksop, Nottinghamshire], and covenants that when her daughter Mary reaches the age of 21 she will reasonably assure her right and title to the same messuage; further agreement that (1) will assign the original lease of Worksop rectory with appurtenances to (2), who will regrant to (1) all manner of tithes issuing on the lordships of Osberton and Clumber within the parish of Worksop for life; agreement states that (2) will pay to (1) the yearly rent of £20., and that (2) releases (1) from the payment of £80. payable out of Osberton.
