In consideration of the surrender of a previous lease dated 25 Feb. 1801, lease for lives from (1) to (2) of all tithes of Clumber Park, and also of the vills of Clumber, Hardwick and Normanton which were formerly part of the parsonage of Worksop; appointment by (1) of John Parkinson to be his true and lawful attorney and to take possession of the tithes and deliver them up to (2).
Rent: £8 payable twice yearly in equal portions.
