Grant from (1) to (2) of an annuity of £50. issuing out of Clumber Farm, with the messuage and other appurtenances, lying within the parish of Worksop, Nottinghamshire; the annuity is to be paid twice yearly in equal portions on named feast days; annuity is granted on trust that (2) will use it to pay for the support and maintenance of the organist of the parish church of Prestbury, Cheshire, and also for six choristers 'to sing Divine Service and Psalmes' and to perform other duties; states that the organist is to receive £24. and the choristers £26.; includes declaration that the organist shall be bound to instruct in the art of singing all the choristers, and that the vicar of Prestbury shall oversee the organist and chorister, and shall have the power to displace any of them at his discretion.
