Lease and release [wanting] from (1) to (2) of a messuage with appurtenances in Clumber within the parish of Worksop, Nottinghamshire, with all tithes of hay issuing from the property, previously part of the dissolved monastery of Worksop; also of a further messuage with appurtenances in Clumber, previously belonging to the dissolved priory of Newstead; also of a close of land in Clumber known as the Rough Close, land lying on the south side of the River Palter [Poulter], and several woods known as Narwood and Carhaywood; contains usual covenants.
